About this role
Technician Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Perform repair and maintenance works on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems. Troubleshoot and rectify faults on equipment such as lighting, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, pumps, and kitchen/laundry machinery. Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and work orders from various departments. Carry out shift duties, standby, and emergency call-backs as required. Able to work on weekends.
