You get to work in the Headquarters overseeing 25 hotels in Singapore Attractive bonus RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/ installed with latest security patches/ antivirus to prevent security risks Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy Performing and monitoring daily data backup Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases Provide 24/7 offsite support on a rotational basis Any other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Min 1 year of experience in related field Min. Diploma in Computer Studies/Science or related field of study Possess sound knowledge and experience in networking infrastructures and web architectures
