About this role
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Publishing Assist in creating content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Shoot photos and videos during classes, events, workshops, and daily activities (if relevant). Help develop captions, hashtags, and post copy aligned with brand tone. Social Media Management Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar. Monitor comments, messages, and online inquiries, and respond or escalate where appropriate. Track online engagement and highlight trending student/graduation stories. Brand & Community Engagement Support initiatives to increase follower growth and brand awareness. Engage with internal and external stakeholders for collaborative materials and information Help create behind-the-scenes content that reflects culture, branding and outcomes. Campaign & Analytics Support Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions. Track analytics (views, reach, clicks, engagement) and provide weekly reporting. Research digital trends, competitor content, and new platform features to improve strategy. Learning Outcomes The intern will gain hands-on experience in: Digital marketing and social media content strategy Photo/video content shooting and basic editing Understanding audience behavior and brand storytelling Campaign planning and performance analytics Working in a professional creative/education environment Qualifications & Requirements Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related fields (other disciplines welcome with portfolio/interest). Familiar with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush, VN, PicsArt). Creative, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people. Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and attention to detail. Working Conditions On-site role with occasional off-site shoots or event coverage. May require weekend/evening support during major events (adjusted off-days provided). Equipment and training will be provided.
