Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Prepare and process shipping and export/import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documents. Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly. Liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and inventory movement. Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Maintain accurate logistics records and update shipment information in the ERP/WMS system. Work with internal departments to support operational requirements and improve logistics efficiency. Perform other logistics and supply chain duties as assigned by the superior. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations. Good knowledge of import and export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs regulations. Experience using ERP/WMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and perform well under pressure. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
