Product Manager (1-Year Contract) | Insurance, Ilp

Own the end-to-end journey of ILP products at one of Singapore's most established life insurers. This is a rare chance to shape propositions from concept through launch while working alongside actuarial, distribution, and compliance leaders. Key Responsibilities Drive priority product initiatives from concept to launch, managing design specs, pricing/feature coordination, and stakeholder alignment across Distribution, Ops, Tech, Actuarial, Risk, Compliance, and Legal Coordinate benchmarking and pricing/feature comparisons to keep products commercially competitive Gather distribution and customer insights to identify product enhancement opportunities Conduct competitor analysis and shape product positioning to strengthen customer value Ensure product initiatives comply with MAS/LIA regulations and internal governance, while providing responsive support to distribution and internal stakeholders Critical Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in life insurance product development/management Strong grasp of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including governance and regulatory requirements Commercial and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in product positioning and benchmarking Degree in Business, Actuarial, or related field, with strong written/verbal communication skills
