BIM Coordinator

Job Description Able to train BIM modeller and drafters in company BIM standards. Able to setup & monitor modelling environment. Able to manage model schedule based on site schedule and must be aligned on the critical path of the project. Able to monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions. Able to conduct QAQC to the BIM models. Able to manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule. Able to work closely with project team on relevant issues regarding site progress. Able to establish and monitor clashes with project team and in ICE sessions. Able to execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow. Able to execute simulations for 4D & 5D. Requirements Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building Min 3 years experience in related field for this position Proficiency in BIM software and understanding of 3D modeling principles. Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and design processes. Familiarity with relevant BIM standards and protocols. Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot potential clashes or issues in the models.
