Quantity Surveyor

To assist, supervise and coordinate construction site works. To monitor site work closely and ensure high quality of the works meet requirements. To assist in monitoring project progress and ensure compliance with scheduling, operational, cost control requirement and site safety. To ensure site work is carried out in accordance to construction program provided and highlighted for any discrepancies. To resolve worksite issue quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track. Assist and report to the Project Manager at Construction Site. Coordination with Consultant, contractor for smooth operation of works. Handle technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision works. Ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved and works are done according to the quality and EHS requirements. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
