M&E Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Job Description Review all the tender drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work upon receiving the invitation from the main contractor, consultant, or clients. Source for suppliers and request for quotation. Estimating, taking off the bill quantities and measuring the ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary and Electrical services from the tender drawings for commercial buildings and industrial building Price comparison and costing summary Preparing all relevant administration and documentation for Tender submission, such as technical data, schedule of unit rate, catalogue submission. Resource management, coordination with supplier and sub-contractors. Attend to clients’ inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction. Work with project engineer to ensure compliance with contracts and monitoring of project costs. Responsible of preparing progress payment claims, variation orders. project budgets & cost control, and settlement of the final account. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University 4-5 years postgraduate experience in the design, supervision, project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical disciplines may be considered for Senior Position Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic Good interpersonal and teamwork skills Good communication and written skills in English Suitable candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button or email to Career@kah.com.sg Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
