Compliance Officer (Cleaning)

KeyResponsibilities Train new and existing staff on quality and compliance standards. Prepare reports and documents for management and regulatory requirements. Improve review processes and tools with internal stakeholders. Support quality assurance and compliance across outlets and the central kitchen. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (SFA, ISO 22000, HACCP). Maintain licences, certifications, and audit records. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities on quality and compliance matters. Assist in implementing compliance policies and corporate governance initiatives. Perform other duties and projects assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or higher qualification. Professional certification is an advantage. At least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the insurance industry or enforcement agencies. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
