Operations Manager (Factory)

Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate work activities of service staffs in commercial kitchen establishments Work closely with management team to set and implement policies, procedures and systems Plan and coordinate the operational workflow to achieve operation targets To assign duties, inspect work performed by stewards and to ensure conformance to established standards To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times To train stewards on tasks and daily routines to ensure quality and efficiency To prepare monthly report and documentation for management review Undertake any other responsibilities/tasks/shift as instructed by the management Requirements Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in managing a team High level of flexibility and adaptability and willingness to learn Minimum Diploma with Basic English proficiency Able to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends
