Job Description 1. Provide consistent professional beauty services such as facial massage and body massage in accordance with spa standards. 2. Ensure high level of service standards 3. Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the spa. 4. Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc. 5. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely 6. Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager Requirements 1. Preferably with ITEC / WSQ beauty certificate or massage certification 2. Able to commit work on weekends/public holidays 3. 6 days work week 4. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience 5. Pleasant personality and hardworking
