Job Summary You will manage client appointments, provide expert recommendations on massage treatments, maintain accurate guest records, support daily spa operations, and promote membership packages to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Manage walk-in clients and phone call appointments efficiently to maximize customer service and spa utilization Provide professional recommendations on massage treatments and services to meet client needs and preferences Update guest information accurately in the guest registry to maintain reliable client records Ensure accuracy in administrative tasks including daily spa summary revenue forms, cash float management, general reports, daily revenue tracking, client profiles, and customer feedback documentation Coordinate spa therapist job assignments to optimize staff scheduling and service delivery Promote membership packages to clients to increase customer retention and sales Assist in daily operations to maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming spa environment Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Spa Manager to support smooth spa operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum secondary education and basic computer knowledge to perform administrative and customer service tasks effectively Ability to work night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and a 5 or 6 day workweek to meet operational needs At least 1 year of relevant experience in spa or customer service roles to ensure competent service delivery Pleasant personality and hardworking attitude to foster positive client interactions and teamwork Good customer service and communication skills to engage clients professionally and clearly Ability to work well in a team to support collaborative spa operations Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred; Malaysians with relevant experience and skills may also apply Other Information Benefits Attractive basic salary with sales incentives for hitting sales target (earn easily $2500 per month & above) Conducive spa working environment Annual leave and medical benefits We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
