Responsibilities Provide regulatory compliance advisory to business units on applicable laws, regulations, MAS notices, guidelines, and internal policies. Manage the upkeep of Bank’s regulatory compliance matrix by managing regulatory changes and advising business units on regulatory implication. Review and provide 2nd line challenge on regulatory breach assessments Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. Provide compliance training and regulatory awareness programs to employees. Support compliance risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk mitigation measures. Assist in regulatory projects, policy enhancements, and remediation initiatives arising from audits or regulatory reviews. Prepare management reporting and present compliance-related updates to senior stakeholders. Support requests from regulators, audits, and internal governance committees. Provide cross-coverage support to AML team on KYC and transaction monitoring matters. Requirements A recognised University degree in Law, Business, Finance or related discipline. 3-6 years’ relevant experience in regulatory compliance with banks, financial institutions, audit firms and/or compliance consultancy firms.
