Lorry Driver (Class 3 / Heavy Vehicle)

Job Description We are a Singapore-registered company providing disposal, moving, transportation, and warehousing services across Singapore. We are seeking a responsible and experienced Logistics Lorry Driver to support our daily moving, disposal, collection, delivery, and warehouse operations. The role is essential in ensuring that furniture, household items, office equipment, disposal materials, and stored goods are transported safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Drive the company lorry for moving, disposal, collection, delivery, and warehousing assignments island-wide Transport furniture, household items, office equipment, cartons, stored goods, and other approved materials Carry out residential, commercial, office, and warehouse moving jobs Collect unwanted furniture, appliances, renovation debris, and general disposal items from customer locations Transport goods between customer premises, warehouses, storage facilities, disposal sites, and other designated locations Assist with loading, unloading, carrying, dismantling, wrapping, packing, and arranging items Ensure all items are handled carefully to prevent damage to customers’ property, buildings, lifts, and common areas Properly arrange and secure goods inside the lorry before transportation Verify job orders, delivery instructions, disposal lists, and inventory records Obtain customer acknowledgement or proof of completion where required Assist with the placement, organisation, and movement of goods within the warehouse Carry out basic daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle, equipment, and warehouse areas Comply with Singapore traffic regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company procedures Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and moving teams regarding job schedules and customer requirements Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor Job Requirements Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence At least 3 years of experience as a lorry, moving, disposal, or logistics driver Experience in moving, disposal, warehousing, delivery, or logistics operations is preferred Familiar with Singapore roads, estates, industrial areas, condominiums, and commercial buildings Physically fit and able to carry, load, and unload heavy or bulky items Comfortable handling furniture, appliances, cartons, office equipment, and disposal materials Responsible, punctual, careful, and able to follow instructions Able to work independently and as part of a moving or operations team Willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, or irregular hours depending on job schedules Able to communicate clearly with customers, warehouse staff, and operations coordinators Preferred Experience Experience in residential and commercial moving services Experience in furniture and bulky-item disposal Experience in warehouse operations and inventory movement Experience handling household appliances, office furniture, commercial equipment, or bulk goods Basic knowledge of furniture dismantling, wrapping, packing, and safe handling techniques Basic understanding of job orders, delivery documentation, disposal records, and warehouse inventory procedures Work Location Singapore, with warehouse-based operations and island-wide moving, disposal, collection, and delivery assignments.
