Cafe Crew – Sentosa

Job Summary Join our Sentosa café team as a Service Crew member, delivering excellent customer service, handling orders and payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily café operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and attend to customers to create a welcoming dining experience Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cashiering skills Serve food and beverages promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area Assist with basic food and beverage preparation as needed to support kitchen staff Coordinate order handling with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness Maintain hygiene and food safety standards consistently throughout shifts Respond professionally to customer enquiries and feedback to enhance service quality Perform opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the café environment Support daily café operations and complete assigned ad-hoc tasks efficiently Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in food and beverage or customer service roles is advantageous Positive attitude with effective communication skills to engage customers and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Team player with a proactive and responsible approach to tasks Other Information Location: Sentosa Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $2,200 – $2,400 per month Benefits: Friendly and supportive working environment Training: Provided for entry-level candidates Opportunity: Gain experience in the food and beverage industry Workplace: Attractive location in Sentosa
