Job Summary Join a reputable international bank’s Treasury team in Singapore to support treasury operations, conduct market research, and assist in global investment strategy analysis. This entry-level role offers exposure to front-to-middle office functions in global markets and investment management. Responsibilities Execute daily treasury operations to ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for the Singapore Branch and Head Office Conduct market research and analyze global investment strategies to support decision-making Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance Provide administrative and coordination support, managing multiple priorities and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Department Head Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, Quantitative Statistics, or STEM-related disciplines Proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, Excel, or VBA to enhance data analysis and reporting Effective bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin to engage internal and external stakeholders across the region (Mandarin proficiency supports regional collaboration) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment Prior internship or work experience in financial institutions Relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous
