Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities  Prepare and analyze cost comparison  Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers  Responsible for measuring quantities and taking oƯ  Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments  Work closely and liaise with both internal and external project stakeholders  All other QS related job Requirements:  Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering  Experience in LTA MRT projects preferred. Minium 3 years of experience Construction or relevance field.  Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player  Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment  Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
