Working Hour Tuesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm Wednesdays: 8:00am to 2:30pm Key Roles Connect regularly with identified students to build positive relationships and support holistic development. Provide academic and/or socio-emotional support Conduct house visits and ferry students to school if absent for more than 3 days without valid reason. Plan and run after-school intervention programmes Observe, identify, and document students' key needs and Provide feedback on student needs and programme concerns to improve support. Conduct termly programme reviews and recommend improvements. Requirements Must be a registered social worker At least 2 years' relevant experience
