Resident Engineer (Re)

Job Summary Lead site supervision for a construction project starting August 2026, ensuring compliance, quality, safety, and timely progress through effective coordination with stakeholders and technical issue resolution. Responsibilities Lead and manage site supervision activities to ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements Enforce strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site to maintain a safe working environment Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes to uphold construction standards Monitor project progress against schedule, identify delays or risks, and communicate these to stakeholders promptly Coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery Review and approve method statements, materials submissions, and shop drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance Conduct regular site inspections and lead site meetings to maintain project oversight and stakeholder engagement Review and endorse site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation to ensure accurate project tracking Provide timely technical advice and resolve site-related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum Required competencies and certifications Registration with IES as a C&S Resident Engineer (RE) Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 8 years of relevant construction supervision experience Experience in infrastructure and building works in Singapore Experience in steel structural works as an added advantage
