Job Summary Support sales operations by managing inquiries and orders, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and enhancing sales productivity through customer engagement and up-to-date sales materials. Responsibilities Respond to sales inquiries and process orders received via website, phone, or email to ensure timely and accurate handling Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service orders and deliveries, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction Work with sales, marketing, and delivery departments to streamline communication and resolve queries promptly Contact customers to schedule appointments and maintain current sales materials to support sales effectiveness and productivity Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines consistently Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in sales coordination or administrative roles to support sales operations Demonstrated ability to develop teams and provide leadership within a collaborative environment Proficient computer skills combined with strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales and customer service Other Information Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9 AM to 6 PM Work Location: Near Rochor MRT
