M&E Maintenance Supervisor

Job Title: M&E Maintenance Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities · Supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance works to ensure facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently. · Plan, coordinate, and monitor work carried out by external contractors and the in-house maintenance team. · Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time, meet quality standards, and comply with safety requirements. · Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. · Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely completion of corrective maintenance works. · Prepare maintenance reports, work records, quotation comparisons, and progress updates using Microsoft Excel and Word. · Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and an organized filing system. · Troubleshoot technical issues independently and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions. · Diagnose and rectify sound system faults during meetings, events, and live performances. · Ensure sound systems are restored promptly to minimize disruptions during operations and events. Requirements · Experience in supervising Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) repair and maintenance works. · Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and execution. · Experience in coordinating and managing contractors and maintenance teams. · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting and documentation. · Good organizational and documentation skills. · Knowledge of sound system troubleshooting and maintenance. · Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues during meetings, events, or live performances. · Good communication and coordination skills. · Understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance in maintenance operations.
