Working Hour Mondays to Fridays: 08.30 am to 4.30 pm Key Roles Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with assigned students. Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for students to share concerns. Teach practical coping strategies (e.g., calming techniques, seeking help). Conduct home visits in pairs to strengthen family engagement. Offer culturally responsive support. Support restorative conversations and help students prepare for restorative meetings. Follow up after restorative processes. Support reintegration for students returning from suspension. Co-facilitate small group sessions on social skills, emotional regulation, and peer relationships. Support programmes that build identity and school connection. Work with School Counsellors, Year Heads, and Form Teachers. Provide regular updates on student progress and flag concerns. Participate in case discussions . Maintain records of check-ins, home visits, and follow-up actions. Requirements Diploma in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience .
