About this role
Working Hour 4 days a week: 8 am to 4 pm Key Roles Mentor and counsel identified students regularly Build positive relationships to support students' holistic development. Plan and conduct intervention programmes and house visits tailored to student needs. Observe and report key student needs to Student Management KPIs and School Leaders. Attend case review meetings and provide feedback to improve student support. Requirements Registered with MOE . Registered Social Worker in Singapore , or supervised by one, with training in social-emotional learning. Tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work Preferably at least 3 years' relevant experience
