Key Roles: Manage visit bookings and maintain tours management system (Excel, TimeTree App) Respond to PHC Hotline calls and reply to emails Register all visitor entries into Visitor Management System before entry Escort visitors to and from the Guard House Prepare weekly updates , monthly reports, and ad-hoc reports as requested Manage daily opening/closing checks of systems and equipment Oversee RFID bracelet operations (distribution, collection, sanitization, stock monitoring) Requirements: At least GCE 'O' Level At least 2 years of relevant experience Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Fridays: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
