Factory Production Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements Assist the Factory Production Manager in supervising the factory/production Team Leaders and workers by overseeing fabrication work for quality consistency and operation efficiency, based on AutoCad drawings and Designs and prepare weekly production plan. Ensure all workers follow industry standard health and safety guidelines with weekly WSH safety meeting. Make sure daily work plan, PPE, goods arrival and unloading are carried out smoothly, timely, and completely. Check Team Leaders record of materials in and out of factory to project sites, all stock and inventory is maintained with accuracy and up to date. Organize and upkeep factory storage and movement of inventory are smooth and efficient. Assist to source better and cost savings materials from overseas and liaise with overseas suppliers for stock replenishing. Involve in ISO documentation. Manpower planning and workers training to make sure workers are equipped with relevant knowledge and skills. Need AutoCAD and fabrication knowledge to check drawings and making sure welders are fabricating correctly. Assist purchaser to source for materials overseas. Requirements : Minimum Diploma in either mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering or other relevant discipline. Required skill(s), MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad (prefer). At least 2-3 years work experience in construction industry. Responsible team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
