What we can offer Salary: S$13 to S$16 commensurate based on experience Responsibilities Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations. Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary. Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions. Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus. Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers. Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service. Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them. Having knowledge of the menu. Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed. Qualifications Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment Has good communication and interpersonal skills
