Salary: Gross up to $4,000 Location: Macpherson Working Hours: Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (On standby at the company premises) Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM (On standby from home) Key Duties: Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing emergency repairs at vehicle breakdown locations. Carry out on-site roadside services, including tyre changes, battery replacements, jump-starts, and fluid top-ups. Maintain accurate service records by documenting breakdown incidents, vehicle conditions, repairs performed, and parts used. Deliver professional customer service by assisting motorists during breakdowns and coordinating with workshops for vehicle recovery and follow-up repairs. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant automotive servicing or roadside assistance experience.
