Salary: Up to $6000+AWS Location: Kranji Working Days: Mon - Fri (9am-6.30pm) Key Duties: Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to support business growth and hiring needs. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration. Drive performance management, employee engagement, career development, and succession planning initiatives. Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and administer the Payboy HRIS for payroll, leave, attendance, and claims. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, work pass administration, and company HR policies. Develop and enhance HR policies and procedures, oversee statutory reporting, employee insurance, and support internal audit compliance. Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
