We seek a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. Job Summary Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent customer service, maintain food quality and hygiene, manage staff and resources, and support sales growth in a dynamic F&B environment. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth workflow Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction Monitor and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve service quality Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in compliance with company SOPs and Singapore food safety regulations Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimize manpower and meet operational needs Monitor sales, inventory levels, and operating costs to support profitability and resource management Ensure the restaurant premises are well-maintained and operating efficiently Support marketing promotions and sales activities to drive customer engagement and revenue growth Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with POS systems to facilitate efficient transaction processing and reporting Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational demands Other Information Benefits Competitive salary Performance incentives Career advancement opportunities Staff meals Supportive working environment
