Job Summary We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Junior Corporate Secretarial Assistant (Part-Time) to support our Corporate Secretarial team in managing corporate records, statutory filings, client documentation, and administrative matters. This role is suitable for individuals who are interested in gaining practical experience in corporate secretarial work and Singapore corporate regulatory requirements. Training will be provided, and prior corporate secretarial experience is an advantage but not required. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and maintenance of corporate secretarial documents and statutory records. Support routine corporate secretarial matters, including annual returns, AGM documentation, changes in company officers, registered office updates, share-related matters, and other corporate changes. Assist in tracking statutory deadlines and following up on outstanding documents to ensure timely completion of corporate secretarial matters. Update and maintain accurate client and company records in internal systems and trackers. Assist with basic ACRA filings and retrieval of company information under supervision. Conduct basic document checks to ensure information is complete, accurate, and consistent before submission or filing. Liaise with internal teams to obtain information and documents required for corporate secretarial matters. Assist with general administrative duties, document organisation, scanning, correspondence, and other ad hoc tasks as required. Handle confidential client and company information with discretion and in accordance with data protection requirements. Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors in documents and data. Comfortable working with structured processes, checklists, trackers, and administrative tasks. Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently with appropriate guidance. Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and company information. Working Arrangement Part-time position requiring approximately 2–3 days per week . Hybrid working arrangement, subject to operational requirements.
