Candidates will be assessed based on relevant experience in Electrical, ACMV, or Interior Fit-Out projects and will be matched to the most suitable role according to their project exposure and expertise. Summary: Junior Quantity Surveyor: $3,000 – $4,500 Senior Quantity Surveyor: $4,500 – $6,000 Multiple locations hiring: West/ East Multiple Industries: Electrical: Involved in cost estimation and project management for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and cabling works. ACMV: Responsible for costing, coordination, and support for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (HVAC) systems. Construction (Interior Fit-Out): Manage budgeting, cost control, and estimation for renovation, carpentry, and interior finishing works. Job Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and budget proposals Manage full scope of quantity surveying duties across pre-contract and post-contract stages Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost efficiency Prepare, monitor, and update project costings, variation orders (VO), and progress claims Track project budgets to ensure effective cost control and profitability Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance Support project teams in achieving timely delivery and cost-effective project execution Job Requirements: Min Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, or related field At least 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical / ACMV / Construction projects Good understanding of construction contracts, costing, and tender processes Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Please submit your updated resume in MS word format by using the APPLY NOW BUTTON.
