The Role Head of Business SEA, Partnerships, Health & Beauty assumes full responsibility for end-to-end P&L management and supports Head of Partnerships, Health & Beauty business development initiatives to achieve sales growth and profitability objectives. Key Responsibilities: Grow DFI Direct to Supplier Business Own and manage P&L of DFI Health & Beauty SEA Direct to Supplier business, ensuring financial targets are met. Together with Head of Partnerships, Health & Beauty, develop and execute the overall SEA strategy to drive sales growth and profitability Foster collaboration among Store Operations, Marketing, and Commercial functions to ensure cohesive execution of strategies driving brand equity and revenue growth Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategic planning Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Brand Management Collaborate and algin with brand principals to align on strategies, share best practices and leverage resources to deliver mutual success Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for portfolio brands in SEA, aligning to brand vision and market dynamics, leveraging product innovation and customer-centric offerings Lead marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, utilizing traditional and digital channels to engage target audiences and increase market penetration Work with Guardian store operations team to ensure that product consultants consistently drive sales, foster high levels of customer engagement, enhance sales performance and provide exception customer service across all channels Develop and execute B2B sales strategy for portfolio brands Requirement Minimum 10 years of experience in general management, preferably in the health and beauty or retail industry Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving brand growth and profitability Strong financial acumen and experience in managing profit and loss responsibilities Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful B2B sales strategies
