Job Summary Support warehouse operations by managing spare parts receipt, issuance, inspection, and preparation to ensure timely supply for service jobs while maintaining warehouse organization and assisting senior logistics staff member/s. Responsibilities Receive and accurately record incoming spare parts to maintain inventory integrity Handle issuance and dispatch of spare parts to meet service job requirements Inspect, pack, and label spare parts to ensure quality and correct identification Prepare spare parts according to job orders for supply and service tasks Organize parts systematically according to bin allocation for efficient retrieval Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support housekeeping activities to ensure a safe work environment Assist Warehouse In-Charge and Logistics Operations Executive with daily operational tasks Provide general hands-on support to warehouse and logistics teams as needed Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support warehouse and logistics functions
