Company Overview GUNUNG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is a construction company specializing in infrastructure projects including road works, pedestrian overhead bridges, and drainage systems. Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant execution of structural and architectural works on site. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all site activities for structural and architectural works to ensure project milestones are met Coordinate reinforced structural & architectural trades such as finishes, roofing, and M&E interface works to maintain workflow efficiency Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery Plan and monitor work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource deployment to optimize site operations Enforce workplace safety, WSH requirements, and maintain high standards of site housekeeping To manage a team of site staff to ensure they prepare detailed progress reports, work schedules, and coordination records to track project status Attend and contribute to regular site meetings to align stakeholders and resolve issues Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil construction projects Strong technical knowledge in structural works and site documentation Familiarity with local building regulations, WSH requirements, and site management best practices Proficient in site documentation, client/consultant/subcontractor correspondence, and progress reporting Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience coordinating multiple construction trades concurrently Familiarity with managing works within live or constrained environments Other Information Remuneration Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
