Responsibilities Lead and manage offshore marine construction projects from tender award through execution, completion, and project close-out, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements Plan, coordinate, and supervise marine construction activities including subsea cable installation, offshore structures, marine civil works, heavy lifting, dredging, and vessel operations Develop detailed project execution plans, work schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to achieve project objectives Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, classification societies, port authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement activities, contract administration, and change order management to maximize project profitability Monitor project progress, identify risks and critical issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure safe and timely project delivery Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, international maritime standards, and client-specific requirements while promoting a strong safety culture Lead multidisciplinary project teams including marine superintendents, engineers, vessel crews, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve operational excellence Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, financial forecasts, and executive summaries for senior management and clients Support business development activities by participating in technical proposals, tender reviews, client presentations, and project planning for future marine construction opportunities Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline Minimum 8 years of project management experience in marine construction, offshore construction, subsea cable installation, dredging, offshore renewable energy, or marine infrastructure projects Demonstrated experience managing offshore vessels, marine operations, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, contract administration, and multidisciplinary project teams Strong knowledge of marine construction methodologies, project management principles, HSE practices, risk management, and international maritime standards; PMP certification is highly advantageous Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to travel offshore and internationally when required Clarence Khoh R1552376
