Logistics Executive Coordinator (Marine)

Job Descriptions: Check and respond to email enquiries. Print shipment documents and monitor shipment status. Check and arrange deliveries and offland items. Liaise with customers, agents, vendors, shipping lines, and transport providers for loading, delivery, and collection to and from vessels. Communicate with English- and Chinese-speaking customers, agents, and vendors via email and phone regarding shipment arrangements and operational matters. Arrange airfreight and seafreight clearance. Coordinate the transfer of airport cargo to the main warehouse or arrange direct delivery to vessels. Prepare and submit permits, DSA, ESSN, and ESN declarations. Update the Logistics Management System (LMS) for job orders. Maintain and update email offland and stock lists. Coordinate with drivers and storekeepers to ensure smooth daily logistics operations. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent. At least 1 year of relevant working experience is required for this position. Required skills: TradeNet, Inventory Management, liaising with customers, shipping lines, forwarders, traffic control, coordinating with drivers, and liaising with storekeepers. Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers, agents, and vendors. Able to commence work immediately. 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm).
