Billing Executive

Job Responsibilities: Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Check, scan, photocopy, file, and maintain delivery orders and invoicing documents. Ensure all invoices are complete, accurate, and billed according to company procedures. Send invoices and supporting documents to customers via email. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve billing-related issues. Maintain proper filing and documentation of billing records. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information. Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum GCE "O" Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification. At least 1 year of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or administrative support. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn. Able to commence work immediately or on short notice. 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm).
