职位概述 Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our startup manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing quality inspections across all production stages, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in quality systems and a hands-on approach to ensuring product compliance. 我们正在寻找一位敬业且注重细节的质量专员加入我们的初创制造团队。您将负责执行生产全阶段的质量检验，维护质量文档，并支持持续改进计划。此职位适合具有扎实质量体系基础并能亲力亲为确保产品合规的人才。 主要职责 Key Responsibilities 一、来料检验 Incoming Material Inspection 职责 Responsibility 按照检验标准对供应商来料进行外观、细度、性能等检查 Perform inspections on incoming materials according to established specifications, covering appearance, fineness, and performance 对不合格物料进行标识、隔离、记录，并及时反馈采购与供应商 Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials, and promptly notify Procurement and suppliers 统计来料不良率，参与供应商质量评估与改善 Track and calculate incoming defect rates; participate in supplier quality evaluations and improvement activities 对检验工具（卡尺、振筛等）进行日常保养与校验状态确认 Perform routine maintenance and verify calibration status of inspection tools such as calipers and sieve shakers 二、制程检验 In-Process Inspection 职责 Responsibility 按检验计划对生产过程进行首件、巡检、抽检 Execute first-article, patrol, and random inspections according to the inspection plan 监督生产按作业指导书和工艺流程执行，发现异常及时制止并上报 Monitor production to ensure compliance with Work Instructions and process flows; halt operations and escalate any non-conformance immediately 跟踪制程问题的改善过程，确认改善措施的有效性 Track the progress of corrective actions for process issues and validate the effectiveness of implemented measures 记录并统计制程不良数据，为工艺优化提供依据 Record and compile in-process defect data to support process optimization efforts 对关键工序的关键参数进行监控，确保过程稳定 Monitor critical parameters in key processes to ensure operational stability 三、成品检验 Final Product Inspection 职责 Responsibility 按出货标准对成品进行外观、性能等检查 Inspect finished products for appearance and performance in accordance with shipping specifications 对不合格品进行判定、隔离及处理（返工/报废） Evaluate, segregate, and disposition non-conforming products (rework or scrap) 确保所有出货批次具备完整的检验记录 Ensure complete inspection records are maintained for all outgoing batches 与生产、仓库沟通，避免不良品流入客户 Liaise with Production and Warehouse teams to prevent defective products from reaching customers 四、质量异常处理 Quality Exception Handling 职责 Responsibility 发现质量异常及时报告并推动异常分析 Report quality anomalies promptly and drive root cause analysis 跟进纠正预防措施的落实与验证 Follow up on the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions 协助组织质量会议，推动跨部门改善 Assist in organizing quality meetings and facilitating cross-departmental improvement efforts 五、质量文件与记录维护 Quality Documentation & Record Maintenance 职责 Responsibility 负责检验记录、检验报告的填写、整理与归档 Complete, organize, and archive inspection records and reports 维护检验标准、作业指导书等质量相关文件 Maintain quality documents such as inspection standards and work instructions 协助编制和更新检验规范与SOP Assist in the development and updating of inspection specifications and SOPs 六、设备与环境管理 Equipment & Environment Management 职责 Responsibility 负责使用的检验设备的日常点检与维护 Perform daily spot checks and maintenance on assigned inspection equipment 确保检验区域的6S管理符合要求 Ensure inspection areas meet 6S housekeeping standards 协助设备校准与外部计量机构联系 Assist with equipment calibration and coordinate with external metrology service providers 七、培训与沟通 Training & Communication 职责 Responsibility 对新员工进行质量意识、检验标准的培训 Conduct training for new employees on quality awareness and inspection standards 与生产、购销等部门沟通质量问题与改善计划 Communicate quality issues and improvement plans with Production, Purchasing, and other departments 参与客户投诉问题的调查与回复资料准备 Participate in customer complaint investigations and assist in preparing response reports 任职要求 Requirements 要求 Requirement 食品科学、生物技术、化学、制药或相关专业大专及以上学历 Diploma or higher in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, or a related field 至少3年以上相关岗位工作经验 Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role 良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力 Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin 能立即到岗或通知期较短者优先 Able to start immediately or with a short notice period is preferred 仅限新加坡公民/PR申请 Only Singaporeans / Permanent Residents may apply 熟悉卡尺、振筛等检验工具的操作与维护 Familiar with the operation and maintenance of inspection tools such as calipers and sieve shakers 具备ISO 9001或相关质量管理体系基础知识 Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or relevant Quality Management Systems
