Marine Surveyor

Job Responsibilities Conduct on-site marine surveys, inspections and investigations, including Flag State Inspections (FSI). Prepare professional, accurate and timely survey reports in English. Liaise with clients, overseas offices and internal departments throughout the survey process. Attend vessels, shipyards and terminals as required. Participate in technical training and continuous professional development provided by the Company. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Master Mariner (Master Unlimited) or Chief Engineer (Class I) Certificate of Competency, or equivalent maritime qualification. Candidates with previous experience as a Flag State Inspector (FSI), Classification Society Surveyor, Port State Control (PSC) Inspector, or Marine Surveyor will be given preference. Sound knowledge of international maritime conventions, including SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, ISPS Code and MLC. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as under pressure. Willing to travel and work overtime when required.
