HAIRLOOM – Social Media Content Creator Role Overview Hairloom is looking for a creative, fashion-forward Content Creator to produce engaging visual content that reflects our salon experience and attracts new clients across social platforms. Key Responsibilities Film and create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) in-salon Capture transformations, stylist work, and behind-the-scenes moments Edit and publish content with captions, music, and branding Maintain a clean, premium, and trend-driven visual style Plan and suggest content ideas aligned with trends Coordinate with stylists and clients during shoots Monitor performance and improve engagement What We’re Looking For Strong interest in beauty, fashion, and social media Skilled in mobile videography and editing (CapCut, etc.) Good eye for aesthetics (lighting, angles, styling) Creative, proactive, and trend-aware Comfortable filming people and directing simple scenes Able to work weekends when needed Bonus Experience in beauty/fashion content Photography or design skills Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
