About this role

Job Description & Requirements At LOOM, we're not just creating content, we're documenting the journey of building a modern Design & Build company. Working directly with our founder, you'll capture real conversations, business decisions, office transformations, and the stories behind the brand. Every shoot is designed with a long-form-first approach, turning one meaningful story into dozens of pieces of content across multiple platforms. We're looking for someone who can spot meaningful conversations, interesting moments, and unique perspectives and help turn them into content people genuinely want to watch. Key Responsibilities You'll work directly with the founder and marketing team to help build LOOM's content engine. Film documentary content, including business meetings, client conversations, whiteboard sessions, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments. Follow the founder throughout the day to capture authentic content that reflects the journey of building LOOM. Document office transformation projects from the initial consultation and design process through construction and final handover. Assist in producing long-form videos that can be repurposed into multiple content formats. Identify key moments, insights, and stories from every shoot that can be transformed into short-form videos, LinkedIn posts, carousels, and other digital assets. Work closely with the marketing team to maximise every shoot by creating a scalable content library. Brainstorm content ideas, storylines, hooks, thumbnails, titles, and storytelling angles before every production. Help plan shoot schedules, storyboards, and production requirements. Edit content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube using platform-specific best practices. Organise and maintain LOOM's content library, ensuring footage, photos, and project files are properly archived and easy to repurpose. Be involved in the creation and maintenance of the brand's Youtube channel Other Perks & Benefits: This isn't your typical marketing internship. Depending on project opportunities, you may also have the chance to be exposed to international projects and, where opportunities arise, travel with the team to destinations such as China, Italy, or other project locations for sourcing, exhibitions, or client engagements. Submit your interest by applying on MyCareersFuture, or send your CV and a few lines on a fit-out project you helped cost or deliver to hello@loomworks.sg, or DM @loomworks.studio on Instagram.
