Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Screening Use job portals, social media, and direct outreach to identify talent Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates Recruitment Cycle Management Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timeline Employer Branding & Market Insights Draft and post job advertisements Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights Implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicants Government Grants & Programmes Administer and manage applications for government-supported schemes such as: Career Conversion Programme (CCP) Workforce Singapore (WSG) initiatives SkillsFuture programmes Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with grant requirements HR Operations Support Maintain recruitment systems and documentation Assist with employee relations, training administration, and staff welfare initiatives
