Sales Support Executive Job Summary Support sales and marketing operations by managing order processing, coordinating communications with international partners, and handling documentation to ensure efficient business workflows and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support for sales and marketing activities to facilitate smooth operations Manage email correspondence with overseas principals, suppliers, and business partners to maintain effective communication Process equipment and product orders, update delivery schedules, follow up on shipments, and maintain accurate documentation and filing Assist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to support promotional efforts Prepare, compile, and organize customer-required documents to ensure timely and accurate delivery Prepare customer quotations and coordinate pricing with suppliers and business partners to support sales transactions Maintain and update reports, records, and spreadsheets to track sales and operational data Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations Verify customer accounts, issue and send relevant documents, and follow up on samples to support customer service Manage and monitor import and export documentation and operational processes to ensure compliance and timely delivery Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments to support financial processes Perform general administrative duties and complete other tasks assigned by management to support team objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, or related field Relevant experience in sales administration, order processing, import and export operations, or customer service Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with colleagues in Taiwan Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Strong time-management and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Knowledge of invoicing, shipping documentation, and import and export procedures
