About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced semiconductor engineering professional to lead advanced process integration and technology transfer initiatives across external manufacturing partners and foundry environments. This role will play a critical part in supporting new technology introduction, product industrialization, manufacturing ramp-up, and process optimization activities. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product deployment, sustainable yield performance, and long-term manufacturing readiness. Key Responsibilities Technology Transfer & Product Industrialization Lead the deployment of new semiconductor technologies from development into high-volume manufacturing environments. Drive technology transfer activities across manufacturing sites and external production partners to ensure successful implementation and scalability. Support new product introductions and manufacturing ramp-up programs by coordinating engineering, operations, and supplier activities. Establish robust manufacturing readiness plans to achieve production targets and business objectives. Process Integration & Yield Improvement Provide technical leadership on semiconductor process integration activities across multiple technology platforms. Analyze manufacturing performance data to identify yield improvement opportunities and process optimization initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve process-related challenges and improve overall product performance. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance manufacturability, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder & Supplier Management Serve as the primary technical interface between internal engineering teams and external manufacturing partners. Build strong relationships with foundries and strategic suppliers to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project deliverables. Influence key stakeholders to support project objectives, resource planning, and technology deployment strategies. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes across multidisciplinary teams. Project Leadership Lead cross-functional programs involving technology development, process transfers, production ramp-up, and operational readiness. Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Balance technical, operational, commercial, and scheduling considerations when making strategic decisions. Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to senior management and business stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 13 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, technology development, or foundry operations. Strong expertise in semiconductor fabrication processes, device technologies, and process integration methodologies. Proven experience supporting technology transfers, new product introductions, or manufacturing ramp-up activities. Demonstrated success in yield improvement, process optimization, and manufacturing problem-solving initiatives. Experience leading technical projects and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence decision-making across technical and business functions. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with external foundries or advanced semiconductor manufacturing partners. Knowledge of high-voltage, bipolar, CMOS, non-volatile memory, or mixed-signal technologies. Exposure to advanced manufacturing environments and global semiconductor supply chains. Experience managing large-scale technology deployment or process migration projects. Mandarin language proficiency would be advantageous due to collaboration with regional stakeholders and manufacturing partners.
