Drafter/ Quanity Surveyor

Job Summary You will prepare and update technical drawings, perform quantity measurements, and assist in cost estimation to support project execution and coordination at Hardscapes. Responsibilities Prepare and update 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD to support project design and execution Interpret engineering and construction drawings to produce accurate drafting and quantity take-offs Perform quantity measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to inform project costing Assist in cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tender documentation to facilitate project bidding Perform basic technical calculations to verify project requirements and specifications Coordinate drawing submissions and revisions with engineers and project teams to ensure alignment Maintain and organize project drawings, BOQ, and technical documents for easy retrieval and reference Track project progress and assist with project coordination and reporting to support timely delivery Ensure drawings and quantities comply with project specifications and standards to maintain quality Required competencies and certifications Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D drafting) Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation Ability to perform basic technical calculations Good organizational and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Drafting, or related field
