Job Summary Ensure timely and compliant execution of construction works by supervising site activities, coordinating workers, monitoring progress and quality, and supporting documentation for claims. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction workers and operators to ensure efficient site operations and adherence to project schedules Monitor construction progress and workmanship quality to maintain compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations Track work activities on site to ensure timely completion aligned with project timelines Assist in preparing detailed information for office use in progressive claims and variation orders (VO) documentation Requirements Candidate with at least 3 year relevant working experience Timber or carpentry experience would be a plus Class 3 driving license is a bonus
