Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Preparing progress claims, valuations and final accounts. Monitor project cost performance. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress claims. Attend project meetings. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, resolve project related issues, and maintain positive working relationships. Any other ad hoc works. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management or any other related field. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Knowledgeable about construction materials and cost estimating techniques. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
