Customer Service Executive - Maid Agency

Company Overview Harmony Employment Services Pte Ltd is a licensed Singapore agency specializing in placing foreign domestic workers from Indonesia and Myanmar. We connect households with reliable helpers through integrity, regulatory compliance, and excellent after-sales support. Job Summary Manage the full domestic helper placement cycle, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations while driving sales and providing seamless support to clients and helpers. Responsibilities Manage the complete domestic helper placement process including sourcing, interviewing candidates, preparing contracts, and supporting clients to ensure successful placements Respond to customer inquiries and conduct indoor sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets Process Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work permit applications and coordinate all related documentation accurately and timely Liaise with overseas partner agencies to coordinate documentation and placement arrangements Facilitate after-sales support by mediating communication between employers and domestic helpers to resolve issues smoothly Perform daily administrative tasks including document processing using Microsoft Word and Excel, and maintain accurate records in the agency system Ensure strict adherence to MOM Singapore regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while working independently Preferred competencies and qualifications A Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is mandatory Experience working in a Singapore maid agency or related sales experience with knowledge of the end-to-end placement process Familiarity with MOM regulations and industry practices Demonstrated self-motivation and sales drive to operate independently under minimal supervision Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and ability to meet tight deadlines independently How to Apply Interested applicants are invited to apply through any of the following channels: Via Portal or Email : Submit a complete resume, including a recent photo, to hc282272@yahoo.com Via Phone or WhatsApp : Call or message to +65 85189799 (Howard Cheung) for an immediate discussion
