About this role

Job Description: This role combines product innovation, food safety and quality assurance to support HarriAnn’s expanding manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our Executive Chef and production teams to uphold product consistency, food safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Executive Chef on product innovation, recipe development and production scalability Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations and R&D on new ingredients, recipes and production methods Ensure product consistency, quality and manufacturability across production batches Support initiatives such as healthier choice products, shelf-life extensions and process improvements Conduct QA checks, production audits and food safety inspections within the Central Kitchen Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP and regulatory requirements Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain SOPs, QA records, product specifications and related documentation Evaluate raw materials and suppliers to ensure quality consistency Work closely with production teams to reinforce food safety and quality standards Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualities: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology or related fields Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen or factory production environment Familiar with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP and food regulatory requirements Independent, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Firm, meticulous and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility Strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable working both on production floor and office-based documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital documentation tools Interested applicants, you may either apply via here or sent an email at hr@harrianns.com.
