Role Overview Own growth and day-to-day operations across partners, integrations, liquidity, and risk/incident workflows. You’ll translate ecosystem opportunities into live integrations while keeping markets healthy and users happy. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Business Development (External) ● Source, negotiate, and close integrations with wallets, DEX/bridges, yield aggregators, market makers, and institutional on-ramps. ● Drive co-marketing and incentive programs; structure win-win liquidity/vault campaigns (e.g., ERC-4626 vaults, prime/reward programs). ● Own exchange and asset-listing workfl ows (EVM networks); partner with legal/brand where needed. ● Build and manage a partner pipeline (CRM), forecast impact, and negotiate data-sharing for attribution. 2. Ecosystem Operations (Internal) ● Run go-live for new markets/pools: checklisting, parameter proposals, and coordination across engineering, risk, and community. ● Monitor market health daily (utilization, interest curves, oracle feeds, liquidity, liquidations) and execute predefi ned responses. ● Stand up incident response for on-chain events (oracle anomalies, liquidations, pausing mechanisms), including stakeholder comms and postmortems. ● Maintain dashboards and weekly ops reports using public APIs and internal telemetry; publish governance updates and VIP summaries. ● Coordinate campaigns (vaults, rewards) with product/engineering; track ROI and adjust incentives. Skills and Experience required ● Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field ● 5–8+ years in crypto/fi ntech/startups with 4+ years in BD, partnerships, or ops; shipped integrations with wallets/DEXes/bridges or CeFi venues. ● Strong grasp of DeFi lending primitives: collateral factors, liquidation thresholds, interest models, oracle design, vault standards. ● Excellent negotiation, project management, and incident-management skills EA Reg Number: R21103035 EA License Number: 07C3924 | Company Registration No:200609504D
